As well as being able to assist with claims for injury and loss, whether caused by a road traffic accident, an accident at work, on the highway or as a result of clinical negligence, we are also able to assist with applications for compensation to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and representation at Inquests in the case of fatal injuries.
During the claims process, we can arrange assessments with a view to implementing a rehabilitation programme for an injured party. This can include case management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, other medical rehabilitation, and vocational rehabilitation to assist a return to the workplace if appropriate.
Once the claim is successfully concluded, we can help you to protect your interests by advising on wills, trusts and investment of the compensation. In cases involving clients who do not have capacity to manage their own affairs, we can assist in dealing with the Court of Protection.
